CHALLENGE:
Organize a Danone event: an astonishing two day incentive program for the marketing department in order to reward the positive year results and generate further team cohesion.
SOLUTION:
Prelude organized a “Summer is Coming” theme inspired by the famous series Game of Thrones.
We privatized a charming manor house in the Catalan countryside and converted it into the “Danone Castle”. All elements of the two-day incentive reflected the chosen theme including the registration site design and content, an original creation of a “Danone Castle” coat of arms, a casteller (human tower) teambuilding experience, medieval decoration, catering and entertainment.
The medieval banquet immersed guests into the theme with costumes for all, fire shows, jousting knights, jesters and live music.
DANONE EVENT RESULT:
- A unified marketing team motivated to achieve future marketing goals with a strengthened trust in one another.
- Post event survey showed 100% satisfaction from all attending guests.
- Danone’ management team assessment felt the event completely fulfilled their objectives .
